About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the company's supply chain, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and on time for delivery routes. This position is physically active and requires working within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The primary focus is on the efficient loading, unloading, moving, and organizing of incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the distribution center.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks essential to daily operations. This includes picking and packing orders, building and building pallets. You will also be required to shrink-wrap pallets and utilize equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to move product efficiently scan products into inventory systems. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is critical to the role.

Safety and Standards

Employees are expected to strictly follow company safety procedures and adhere to warehouse guidelines. Productivity standards must be met to ensure that all orders are prepared with accuracy and timeliness. The role demands frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
