About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the distribution network, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and on time for delivery routes. This position is physically active and requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The pace warehouse environment, where employees are responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse.
Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, you will engage in a variety of tasks including picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping pallets. You will use pallet jacks or forklifts to move product and forklifts to move product efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is scanning products into inventory systems and preparing orders for delivery drivers.
Safety and Standards
Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
