Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to getting products to customers efficiently.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety are paramount. Your day-to-day activities include picking and packing orders, building and shrink-wrapping pallets, and scanning products into inventory systems. You will utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour. We recognize the demands of warehouse work and offer additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts. Some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Shift differential pay is also available for overnight shifts.
