About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the distribution network, ensuring snack products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers. This position is physically active and operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring employees to maintain high productivity standards while adhering to strict safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks essential to logistics operations. You will be responsible for loading delivery trucks with product and incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, and organizing snack products, and picking and packing orders. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift. bending, and moving, as well as using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport product efficiently.

Beyond physical tasks, you will maintain a clean and organized work area, scan products into inventory systems, build pallets, and shrink-wrap them for delivery. Accuracy and timeliness are key, as you prepare orders for delivery drivers while ensuring all company safety and productivity standards are met.
