Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting our mission to deliver quality products to customers.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety are paramount. Your daily tasks include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, you will move product efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift. You will also scan products into inventory systems and prepare orders for delivery drivers. Employees must strictly follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure operational excellence.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with this position typically paying $18 to $26 per hour. Additional pay is available for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts.
