Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting the efficient distribution of products to customers.

Day in the Life

This position is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key activities include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, and scanning products into inventory systems. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized work area, preparing orders for delivery drivers.

Safety and Standards

Employees must strictly follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards. Attention to detail is essential to ensure that all tasks, from stacking and wrapping pallets to using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts, are performed safely and efficiently.
