About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the company's supply chain, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and delivered on time. This position is a physically active role within a fast-paced warehouse environment where you will be responsible for the movement and organization of goods from receipt to delivery.
Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks essential to warehouse operations. You will load delivery trucks with product, unload incoming shipments, and move product throughout the facility. Key responsibilities include picking and packing orders, building and preparing them for delivery drivers. You will also be responsible for building and shrink-wrapping pallets, scanning products into inventory systems, and organizing pallets. Using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, you will move product efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Safety and Standards
Safety is a top priority. Employees are expected to follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines at all times. You must adhere to productivity standards to ensure that all orders are prepared with accuracy and timeliness. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift, and moving, so maintaining physical stamina and attention to detail is essential.

Frito-Lay offers a competitive compensation package, with typical pay ranging from $18 to $26 per hour. Additional pay is available for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts.
