About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the logistics chain, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and on time for delivery routes. This position is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout a fast-paced warehouse environment. The primary focus is on the efficient loading, unloading, moving, and organizing of delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and incoming shipments, as well as moving product throughout the warehouse.
Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping pallets. You will use pallet jacks or forklifts to move product and forklifts to move product efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is scanning products into inventory systems. You will prepare orders for delivery drivers, ensuring that all safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards are followed to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
