About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers to join our distribution center teams. In this physically active role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to getting products to customers efficiently.
Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety are paramount. Your day-to-day activities include loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, you will move product throughout the facility while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift, as well as scanning products into inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
