Coca-Cola Warehouse Worker - General Laborer

Position Overview

Coca-Cola is currently recruiting Warehouse Workers and General Laborers to join our distribution center teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in the logistics chain by loading and unloading vehicles, picking and packing beverage products, and managing inventory movement to ensure timely delivery routes. This position demands adherence to strict company safety protocols, warehouse guidelines, and productivity metrics to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Order Fulfillment: Picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.

• Pallet Management: Building, shrink-wrapping, and organizing pallets for distribution.

• Loading and Unloading: Loading delivery trucks and un incoming shipments safely and efficiently.

• Inventory Movement: Transporting products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Cleaning work areas and maintaining overall warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the entire shift. Candidates must be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Structure

• Base Wage: The typical pay range is $18 to $26 per hour.

• Additional Earnings: Opportunities exist for overtime pay, overnight shift differentials, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses. Specific eligibility for these incentives may vary based on location and assigned shift.
