About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated distribution centers serve as the critical link between production and customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Worker or Material Handler, you play an essential role in this logistics network by ensuring snack products are accurately prepared and delivered on time. This position is a physically active role within a fast-paced warehouse environment where precision, safety, and productivity are paramount.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks designed to keep operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. A significant portion of your time will be spent picking and packing orders, building pallets, and shrink-wrapping them for transport. You will utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move product efficiently to navigate the facility.

Attention to detail is key; you will scan products into inventory systems and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure orders are prepared accurately. The role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift, and moving, demanding physical stamina and focus in a dynamic setting.
