Coca-Cola Warehouse Worker - General Laborer

About the Role

Coca-Cola is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and General Laborers to join our distribution centers. In this physically active role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. Your work ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting the fast-paced environment of our warehouse operations.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your day involves a variety of hands-on tasks. You will be responsible for building pallets, picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, and shrink-wrapping pallets for safe transport. You will also load delivery trucks, unload incoming shipments, and organize inventory to maintain warehouse efficiency. Moving product throughout the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts is a key part of the role. Additionally, you will be expected to clean work areas and maintain overall warehouse organization.

Safety and Standards

Safety is a top priority. Employees must strictly follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards. This role requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift, so maintaining focus and adhering to protocols is essential for both personal safety and operational success.
