You'll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station, the final stop before we deliver smiles to customers. Our fast-paced, active roles receive trucks full of orders and prepare them for delivery. About the Role
In this role, you will receive truck deliveries of customer packages and prepare them for the last leg of their journey. You'll load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers, and use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. The work involves building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages. You will work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles, utilizing carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items around.
