Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your daily responsibilities will vary based on the needs of the warehouse, potentially rotating through receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory departments. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, and scanning inventory into warehouse systems. Your work will involve picking store orders, packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. Throughout the day, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following warehouse safety procedures.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differentials, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses.
