About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by assisting with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your work ensures that our stores are well-stocked and our customers receive the products they need.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will operate in a fast-paced distribution center environment. Your daily tasks may vary depending on warehouse needs, potentially rotating through receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory departments. Key activities include:

• Unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Sorting merchandise and scanning inventory into warehouse systems.
• Picking store orders and packing boxes.
• Labeling shipments and stacking pallets.
• Organizing warehouse inventory and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

You will be expected to follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards while working efficiently to meet operational goals.
