About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by assisting with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your work ensures that store orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks depending on the needs of the warehouse. Your day may involve unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, and scanning inventory into warehouse systems. You will pick store orders, pack and label shipments, stack and wrap pallets, and organize warehouse inventory. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a key part of your responsibilities, as you must follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
