About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to support our stores. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment while adhering to strict warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards in a fast-paced setting.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse, such as receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management. Key activities include:

• Unloading delivery trucks and sorting merchandise.
• Scanning inventory into warehouse systems.
• Picking merchandise for store orders.
• Packing and labeling shipments.
• Stacking and wrapping pallets.
• Organizing warehouse inventory.
