About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by assisting with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards in a fast-paced setting.
Day in the Life
Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on warehouse needs, potentially rotating through receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory departments. Key tasks include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking store orders, packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory.
