About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to support our stores. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution center setting.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse, such as receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management, packing, shipping, or inventory management. Key activities include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking store systems, packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. You will also be expected to maintain high productivity standards and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differentials and bonuses based on shift and location.
