About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to support our stores. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution center setting.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse, such as receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management. You will actively engage in unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, and scanning inventory into warehouse systems. Additionally, you will pick store orders, pack and label shipments, stack and wrap pallets, and organize warehouse inventory. Throughout your shift, you will follow strict warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards to ensure operational excellence.
