About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution setting.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of essential warehouse tasks depending on the specific department needs, such as receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management, packing, shipping, or inventory management. Key activities include:

• Unloading trucks and deliveries.
• Sorting merchandise and scanning inventory into warehouse systems.
• Picking store orders and packing boxes.
• Labeling shipments and stacking pallets.
• Organizing warehouse inventory.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses, and performance-based bonuses, depending on shift and location.
