Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your daily responsibilities will vary based on the specific needs of the warehouse, potentially rotating through receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory departments. You will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting merchandise, and scanning inventory into warehouse management systems. Your work will directly impact store operations as you pick merchandise for store orders, pack and label shipments, and stack and wrap pallets for distribution.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential. You will be expected to follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards while working in a dynamic distribution center setting. Whether you are organizing warehouse inventory or managing shipping logistics, your attention to detail and efficiency are key to our success.
