About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by assisting with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your work ensures that products are accurately processed and delivered to stores efficiently.
Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, you will operate within a fast-paced distribution center environment. Depending on current warehouse needs, you may work across various departments including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory. Your daily tasks will include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, and picking store orders. You will also be responsible for packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
