Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our fulfillment center teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and productivity are paramount.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your day involves locating items within the warehouse using handheld scanners and picking them for customer orders. You will be responsible for packing items securely into boxes or bags, labeling packages, and preparing orders for shipment. Depending on operational needs, you may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility. Your goal is to ensure that every order is accurate and processed on time, meeting hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high safety standards.
