Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to work in Amazon fulfillment centers. These team members play a critical role in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. The role exists to ensure that customer orders are accurate, safe, and processed on time in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day in the Life

As an Associate, you will locate items in the warehouse and pick them using handheld scanners. You will then pack items into boxes or bags, label packages and prepare orders for shipment. Depending on the needs of the operation, you may also unload incoming shipments, stock shelves, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.

We prioritize safety and accuracy. Employees are expected to follow Amazon safety procedures, scanning procedures, and productivity standards at all times. While working in a fast-paced environment, workers are expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining accuracy and safety.
