Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to work in Amazon fulfillment centers. This role is central to the customer experience, focusing on selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery with precision, and preparing orders for timely shipment. Associates play a vital part in ensuring that customer expectations are met through accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will locate items within the warehouse using handheld scanners, pick them accurately, and pack them securely into boxes or bags. You will label packages and prepare orders for delivery drivers. Your work ensures that every order is accurate and processed on time. Additionally, you may be involved in unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility. Success in this role requires meeting hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards for accuracy and safety.

Compensation
