Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our fulfillment centers. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and productivity are paramount.

Day in the Life

As an Associate, your day involves locating items in the warehouse and picking them using handheld scanners. You will then pack items into boxes or bags, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. You are expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. Additionally, you may assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse to ensure orders are ready for delivery drivers on time.

Employees must strictly follow Amazon safety procedures, scanning procedures, and productivity standards. Maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring order accuracy are essential expectations for all team members.

Compensation

This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour. Additional compensation opportunities include overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts.
