Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and productivity are paramount.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your primary focus will be ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Your day will involve locating items within the warehouse and using handheld scanners to pick products. You will then pack these items into boxes or bags, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. Additionally, you may be involved in unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility to support delivery drivers.

Safety and Performance

We maintain high standards for safety and efficiency. Associates are expected to follow Amazon’s safety procedures and scanning protocols at all times. You will be required to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining strict accuracy and safety standards. This position demands adaptability and attention to detail in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Compensation

This position typically pays between $17 and $23 per hour. In addition to base pay, there are opportunities for overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts.
