Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your primary mission is to ensure that customer orders are accurate, safe, and processed on time in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

As an Associate, your day involves locating items within the warehouse and picking them using handheld scanners. You will then pack these items securely into boxes or bags, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. Beyond the core picking and packing duties, you may also be involved in unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse to support delivery drivers.

Safety and Performance

Success in this role requires strict adherence to Amazon's safety procedures, scanning protocols, and productivity standards. You will be expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety at all times. The environment is dynamic, and your attention to detail ensures that every order leaves the facility ready for the next stage of delivery.
