About the Role
Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers. These team members play a vital role in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. The role exists to ensure that customer orders are accurate, safe, and processed on time in a fast-paced environment.
Day in the Life
As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will locate items in the warehouse and pick them using handheld scanners. You will then pack items into boxes or bags, label packages and prepare orders for shipment. You may also unload incoming shipments, stock shelves, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. You are expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining accuracy and safety at all times.
