Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team and work within Amazon fulfillment centers. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your work ensures that items are located, picked using handheld scanners, packed securely, and labeled accurately to meet our high standards for speed and precision.

Day in the Life

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where productivity and accuracy are key. Your daily tasks will include locating items on shelves, picking products using handheld devices, and packing them into boxes or bags. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and preparing orders for shipment. Depending on operational needs, you may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, moving inventory throughout the facility, and preparing orders for delivery drivers.

Expectations and Standards

As an Associate, you are expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining strict adherence to safety and accuracy standards. You must follow all Amazon safety procedures, scanning protocols, and productivity guidelines at all times. This position requires working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and attention to detail are essential to ensuring orders are processed on time and delivered accurately.

Compensation

This position typically pays between $17 and $23 per hour. In addition to your base wage, there are opportunities to earn overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts.
