About the Role
Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and productivity are paramount.
Day in the Life
As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your day involves locating items within the warehouse and picking them using handheld scanners. You will then pack these items into boxes or bags, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. Your work ensures that customer orders are accurate and processed on time. Depending on operational needs, you may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and preparing orders for delivery drivers.
Our Standards
We expect all associates to strictly follow Amazon safety procedures, scanning procedures, and productivity standards. You will be responsible for meeting hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety at all times. This position requires adaptability and focus in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Compensation
This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour. In addition to base pay, there are opportunities for overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts. Some locations may also offer sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
