About the Role
As a Sanitation Associate, you will keep the work site clean and free of debris while learning sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility. This role requires working independently or in teams with minimal supervision to maintain a consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
You will have a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel, emphasizing the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner. Success in this position involves being a self-motivated, high-energy individual with a strong work ethic who can make independent decisions as needed. You will be responsible for handling pallets as directed, meeting company standards and customer timelines, and keeping the Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding dock conditions, accomplishments, and concerns.
