About the Role
As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and debris-free work site within our warehouse facilities. This position is designed for a high-energy individual who thrives with minimal supervision, working alone or as part of a team to ensure consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. You will learn best practices in both sanitation and pallet sorting while managing assigned areas to support operational efficiency.
A key aspect of this role involves direct interaction with customer staff and outside delivery personnel. Success in this position requires a positive, friendly demeanor and the ability to relate well to diverse groups. You will also be responsible for keeping Site Supervisors and Managers informed regarding dock conditions, accomplishments, and concerns, while contributing suggestions for improvements.
