About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations meet customer needs with precision and care. You will be part of a team dedicated to operational excellence, where upholding our three key pillars—be honest, serve, and get better—is essential to our shared success. In this role, you will help maintain a facility that is always inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements, contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePick orders for shipment ensuring correct number and type of product is loaded
- check_circlePack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers
- check_circleMeasure, weigh, and count products and materials
- check_circleAffix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets
- check_circleRecord product, packaging, and order information on specified forms
- check_circleInspect containers and products to ensure packing specifications are met
- check_circleParticipate in inventory and cycle count activities as needed
- check_circleMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- check_circleReport missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- verifiedOne year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- verifiedBasic computer skills
- verifiedPass Background and Drug Screen
- verifiedAble to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
