The Warehouse Manager serves as the operational leader for our distribution centers, overseeing warehouse operations and staff to ensure customer orders are accurately filled and loaded for delivery. This role is critical in maintaining a productive, safe, clean, and organized facility while forecasting business volume to meet all scheduling and performance targets.
In this position, you will direct the planning and assignment of work to ensure the most efficient use of personnel and equipment. You will oversee productivity using warehouse management software, voice selection systems, and JD Edwards, while also providing direction to the maintenance department. Beyond operational metrics, you will foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale, and engagement, ensuring comprehensive training and adherence to safety and cost-control standards.
