About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate at our Farmington Hills, MI location, you will be a vital part of our team, helping to drive the future of snacking with pride. This role involves participating in the daily activities of our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. You will be the hands-on force behind the logistics of our products, handling tasks such as truck unloading, putting away inventory, picking orders, and loading delivery trucks. Your work ensures that our iconic brands reach consumers accurately and on time.

This position is represented by a labor union, and you will work under the guidance of a Foreman or Supervisor. You will be expected to follow schedules and instructions to ensure efficient operations, while also demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands. The role requires a general understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
