About the Role
We are seeking Class A Company Drivers for our Dry Van OTR team. This position is designed for drivers who value consistent work and reliable home time. As a team driver, you will operate without the need for driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus on the road. The role offers an average of 6,000 miles per week per team, with a total weekly average pay of $3,000 to $4,200.
Home Time & Schedule
Our home-time structure is designed to balance productivity with time at home. Drivers can expect to be out for 21 days, earning 6 days of home time for every 21 days worked. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operation. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
Orientation Details
We provide a comprehensive orientation experience where accommodation is covered, and drivers are assigned their own rooms. Meals, including lunch and breakfast, are included during this period. Z Transportation also covers some or all travel expenses associated with the orientation.
