About the Role
The Vice President, Strategy & Operations serves as a strategic leadership role responsible for advancing Kiewit Industrial's market growth and enterprise priorities. This position acts as a trusted advisor to Industrial and Markets & Strategy leadership, translating complex business priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and aligned messaging.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, blending strategic thinking with political and regulatory savvy. The role demands the ability to drive clarity and momentum across diverse stakeholders, from internal operations and business development teams to external government partners and corporate allies. Success in this role requires a leader who can navigate complex cross-functional landscapes to deliver high-impact results.
