The Virtual Customer Service Professional role offers a remote work opportunity for individuals seeking flexibility and independence. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule while providing essential support to clients. Work Environment

This is a fully remote position based in your home office. You are expected to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace free from ambient sounds such as pets or children to ensure professional call quality. The role involves handling inbound calls only, with no cold calling or telemarketing responsibilities.

Technical Setup

To succeed in this role, you must have a reliable technical setup. This includes high-speed internet access via cable or DSL (satellite broadband is not accepted), a dedicated hard-wired phone, and a computer meeting specific hardware and operating system requirements. Windows Vista is not supported. You must also pass a background check, and clients may require a drug test.
