About the Role
We are seeking versatile Violin teachers to join our team for in-person lessons. This role involves teaching one-on-one lessons on Tuesdays, with additional availability required on weekdays and/or Saturdays. Instructors will also assist with a beginning concert band group class. A bonus opportunity exists for those interested in directing a beginning Orchestra from Monday through Thursday.
Instructors will begin as part-time employees. The position requires a consistent schedule to ensure student growth and success; we are looking for dedicated educators rather than those who frequently travel or record. You will be expected to teach to the individual while meeting set goals for each student, maintaining a positive attitude that encourages and motivates students to work through weak areas and build upon their strengths.
