About the Role
The Vice President of Operations serves as a strategic leader responsible for implementing operational strategies across multiple revenue-generating departments. This role exists to drive operational efficiency, enhance product margins, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by aligning production indicators with business goals.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of operational processes, from research and analysis to the development of strategies that meet company objectives. You will act as a bridge between finance, technology, and department heads to optimize gross margins and manage expense budgets against expected variances. The role requires a collaborative approach to interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on management. You will lead staffing, supervision, and development initiatives while monitoring department performance against established goals. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to collaborating on the planning, design, and implementation of new technologies or enhancements to existing systems.
You will also be responsible for maintaining current company policy and procedure manuals, submitting relevant monthly operating data to the President, and participating in corporate strategic planning. The environment is fast-paced, requiring a high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task effectively while fostering a culture of positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among associates.

Requirements
