About the Role

As a Valet Parking Shift Lead, you will be the energetic and professional face of our operations at Downtown Dallas Hotels. This role exists to ensure seamless valet experiences for our guests while fostering a high-performance environment for your team. You will manage and oversee all aspects of valet parking operations, acting as the bridge between hourly staff and management.

In this position, you will drive the daily rhythm of the shift, from scheduling meal breaks to expediting operations. You will be expected to step in and drive vehicles carefully, inspecting them for any damage and reporting any accidents or safety hazards immediately. Beyond the logistics, you are the first point of contact for guests, responding to questions and complaints with promptness and courtesy. Whether navigating the streets of Dallas or working through inclement weather, you will ensure that every vehicle is handled with care and every guest interaction is positive.
