About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program.
In the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, the Direct Program offers dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, regional, or local routes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and meet our experience and safety standards. The process includes:
- Submit your application and specify which program (Connect or Direct) sounds right for you.
- Complete a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority.
- Participate in a virtual orientation.
We cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and provide dedicated load planners to support your journey.
