The Opportunity
You can choose between our Connect Program, where you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads, or our Direct Program, which offers dedicated customer runs and 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers.

Our programs feature benefits designed to support your success as an independent business owner. You will earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and offer virtual orientation. Drivers who maintain clean roadside inspections can earn awards, and we provide Driver Advocates to support our partners.
How to Apply
To join our team, you must hold a valid CDL-A and have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with 5+ years of older verified experience may have non-driving employment in the 12 months prior to employment. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also require no DUI convictions in a CMV, and no DUI convictions in a non-CMV within the last 5 years. Driver's license suspensions within the last 2 years are generally not considered, though recent medical certification issues may be reviewed.
