The Opportunity
We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Our programs are built to support your success with features like personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Drivers can choose between our Connect Program, which allows you to run your own business without the hassle of booking loads, or our Direct Program, which offers dedicated customer runs and 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
Benefits & Support
Our programs feature comprehensive support to help you thrive on the road. Drivers earn 80% of linehaul with weekly settlements and payday every Friday. We provide Samsara ELD, discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, and cover your semi-annual DOT inspection. Additional perks include general liability and cargo insurance, awards for clean roadside inspections, and dedicated Driver Advocates for Partners.
How to Apply
To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with 5+ years of older verified experience may have flexibility regarding non-driving employment in the 12 months prior to joining. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority, and we require no DUI convictions in CMV or non-CMV vehicles within the last 5 years (with consideration for recent medical certification issues).
