About the Role

We are seeking CDL-A truck drivers to join our Flatbed Division. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential by hauling consistent, steady miles on oversized flatbed loads. Our fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer, with an average age of just 16 months. Drivers will operate Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.

No prior flatbed experience is required. We provide additional training during our all-expenses-paid orientation to ensure every driver is capable and confident before hitting the road. Orientation takes place in luxury hotels in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA.

Hiring Process
