About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded and Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point. This role offers a dynamic day-to-life where you can average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with top performers reaching close to 3,000 miles.

To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. Typically, you will be out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, enjoying one day off per week while on the road.

The Experience

You will drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios. We also welcome drivers with pets; a $300 refundable deposit is required, which can be paid in full or split into six monthly payments of $50.

Compensation & Benefits

Our pay structure rewards longevity and performance with tiered CPM rates and safety bonuses:

• 1–2 years experience: $0.53 CPM + $0.30 safety & performance bonus
• 2–3 years experience: $0.55 CPM + $0.30 safety & performance bonus
• 3+ years experience: $0.57 CPM + $0.30 safety & performance bonus

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
