The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be running routes across all 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania is our cutoff state). Our fleet consists of modern 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios to ensure your comfort on the road.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and be eligible for benefits like PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Benefits & Perks

We offer a competitive pay structure based on tenure, ranging from .53 CPM for drivers with 1-2 years of experience up to .57 CPM for those with 3+ years, plus a .3 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Additional benefits include PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k. We also welcome pets with a refundable deposit of $300, which can be paid upfront or split into six monthly payments of $50.
