About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting rates of 62 to 64 cents per practical mile, allowing you to easily out-earn your guarantee. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM.

To join our team, you must have a CDL-A for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years or DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
